Sabq was a local fashion brand with strong product design but a Salla store that wasn’t built for scale. They wanted to expand into the UAE market but had no cross-border strategy, no content infrastructure that could work across both markets, and no paid media expertise for fashion e-commerce. Previous campaigns generated impressions but not purchases. The brand had no social proof outside of its existing customer base.
How Coonex Solved It: Our e-commerce team optimized the Salla store for both Saudi and UAE audiences with market-specific product pages and localized content. TikTok and Instagram campaigns were launched with performance creative built specifically for fashion discovery. A UGC and influencer strategy was built to generate authentic social proof that could be amplified in paid media. Cross-border campaign targeting was configured to reach UAE buyers while maintaining efficiency in the Saudi market. Measurement was unified across both markets inside Coonex.
Outcome: Revenue grew by 210% within eight months. The brand successfully established a customer base in the UAE. The 9.4x ROAS was the highest Coonex achieved across all e-commerce clients in the fashion category that year.
